Returns
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless the item is deemed defective and cannot be repaired.
To be eligible to return for a credit towards something else, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes all tags attached to the item MUST still be attached as originally shipped.
The following goods are exempt from being returned. Items that were altered just for you, like sizing of a ring, necklace or bracelet. Alteration to earring findings requested by you are also non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as a copy of your original bill of sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at carolinacole@comcast.net and explain the nature of your return. We will be in touch with you shortly.
